To make the booking you will need to pay online by card. Just click the “book now” button to use our secure system.

To book you need to pay a 25% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable but your reservation can be rescheduled up until 30 days prior to arrival.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and after this the booking can not be amended or cancelled.

We supply sheets and  bedding (appropriate for the time of year) as well as bathroom and pool towels.

A light clean and change of linens and towels is provided on a Friday if your stay is longer than one week.

All utilities and super-fast wifi are included.

A welcome pack is provided including tea and coffee, as well as a supply of basics such as loo roll, soap, laundry detergent etc.

We operate entirely self check-in, from 4pm onwards, and self check-out prior to 10am.

This gives you flexibility on your arrival and departure times. We will provide maps and access instructions.

The pool is open and kept at around 26°C from the start of May through to the end of September.

By prior arrangement it may be available in April and October.

At all other times it is closed and access prohibited.

The ground floor of the house is highly accessible for people of reduced mobility, being all on one level including the main bedroom and bathroom, but there are no specific facilities for wheelchair users. Entry to the house from the drive has two very small steps up and the pool area is also easily accessible from the sitting room with just one small step down and a path across. There is plenty of convenient parking by the front door.
